Intern and Employee Guidelines

All employees & interns are required to use their own equipment (computers, phones, and network connections).

Certificates of completion will only be provided to those intern who complete a minimum of two months (60 days).

We strongly encourage all interns to prioritize their academic commitments. In case of any educational obligations (exams, assignments, etc.), interns are allowed to take educational leave, provided that proper documentation (e.g., exam schedules, university letters) is submitted.

All employees are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication. Regular evaluations will be conducted, and any lack of performance or failure to meet expectations may result in corrective actions, including termination.

To make sure every selected participant i.e. candidate receives the best training and maintains high-quality standards, we implement a mandatory certification with an internship period ranging from 30 to 60 days. The exact duration depends on the role and the individual, ensuring that each person gets the specific experience and guidance needed for their position. This flexibility allows us to tailor the training process to the requirements of different job functions while ensuring everyone receives consistent, high-quality preparation.

While we value hard work, we also emphasize the importance of work-life balance. Employees are encouraged to take time off in line with company policy to maintain their mental and physical well-being.

The organization reserves the right to terminate the employment or internship of any individual at its sole discretion, under the following circumstances:

  1. Performance-Related Issues: Failure to meet performance standards, deadlines, or job expectations, despite reasonable opportunity for improvement.

  2. Misconduct: Any form of inappropriate behavior, including harassment, discrimination, theft, fraud, or violation of company policies. It may lead to legal actions.

  3. Violation of Terms and Conditions: Breach of contract terms, failure to adhere to confidentiality agreements, or misuse of company resources.

  4. Misrepresentation: Falsification of information or misrepresentation of qualifications, skills, or experience during the hiring or internship process.

  5. Legal or Ethical Violations: Any conduct that leads to legal or reputational harm to the organization.

Termination decisions will be made after careful consideration, and all affected individuals will be notified formally. In the case of interns, the company holds the right to terminate the internship without prior notice or reason if deemed necessary. For employees, termination may be immediate in cases of gross misconduct or legal violations.

The organization strives to ensure fairness and transparency in all decisions regarding termination. Any appeal or grievance related to termination should be directed to the HR board.
